Our open-plan home is perfect for a getaway with family/friends. With modern features, home comforts, a garden and two parking spaces. A short stroll to Holy Trinity Church on the River Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Property Features: An open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar Dining area under a large skylight Downstairs shower room with easy walk-in waterfall shower Playstation 3 & Netflix subscription 3 good sized double bedrooms
