This fully refurbished self contained studio apartment has its own private entrance with off road private parking. Located central to town in a quite cul-de-sac. Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Mum and Son duo would love to have you stay at our apartment, we both work in the town, Lincoln as a barber and Carrie as an accountant. We are never far away and hope that you will enjoy your time with us.
