Located in the heart of the Devon coastal town of Seaton, this truly stunning late Victorian terraced residence provides ideal holiday accommodation for large families or a group of friends. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Please note: A refundable 100 pounds security deposit will be required for all bookings. Immediately in front of the property there are two car parking spaces and a charging point for electric vehicles. Not supplied; please bring or hire if required: travel cot, highchair, stair gates. (There is however, a fixed lockable gate at the top of the stairs to the first floor).
