This bright first floor studio sits beside the canal, with free parking for one car on site, just a five-minute walk from Stratford-Upon-Avon town centre. It features a living area with an easy-to-use king size sofa bed and a 50 inch smart TV for your streaming subscriptions. A table for two in the bay window overlooks the canal, perfect for enjoying breakfast while watching the resident swans. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, a dishwasher, fully functioning coffee machine and complimentary coffee. The bathroom has an electric shower with plenty of hot water. There’s a multi-storey car park available nearby. Shops, pubs, supermarkets and attractions are all within walking distance.

Originally from South Africa but have lived in Stratford upon Avon for over 22 years. I am a keen cyclist who has cycled around the UK .I am up in Scotland now 1000 miles to go... Love the outdoors and would be happy to recommend walks and things to do in the area.

Stratford upon Avon is the birth place of Shakespeare and the to the Royal Shakespeare theatre. The studio is right in the town centre of Stratford-upon-Avon and is worth walking distance to the theatre and the river and all that Stratford has to offer .....
