Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate same-sex or group bookings. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the caravan. We trust you understand the importance of this rule, especially considering potential allergies among our guests. We kindly ask that loud music be avoided within the caravan park to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. In line with our rules, smoking inside the caravans, bringing pets, and hosting parties are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these guidelines. When checking out, please send us a text and return the key and fob to the safe. You'll receive your refundable damage fees as long as the caravan is in good condition, free of smoking, and tidied up. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Check-in time is from 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am. There is a need to pay a refundable damage fee of one hundred pounds upon arrival. The deposit is refundable, once you check out at 10 am, no pet, no smoking in the caravan, no cigarette burns on the sofa covers, you tidy up, dump your bins, no vomiting, no moving of the furnitures, no wetting the bed, no spilling of liquid, sands on the bed and sofa. A 4-bedroom caravan located in a Waterside Leisure Centre Holiday Park. It has a comfortable living area, a kitchen, and a dining space. The living area is usually situated towards the entrance of the caravan and features a sofa. There is a TV and some storage units. Next to the living area is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, sink, and microwave. The kitchen is also stocked with utensils, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to cook up meals during your stay. Moving towards the back of the caravan, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe spaces. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and some storage options. The caravan comes with one shower room and two toilets, which are located in separate areas of the caravan. This layout allows multiple people to use the facilities simultaneously, making it ideal for families. Overall, this 4-bedroom caravan in a holiday park provides comfortable and spacious accommodation.
