Its a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with own garden and a games room. There is a Village Shop and also beautiful walks on Hesworth common. Its Situated 10 minutes from the historic market town is best known as the location of the stately home Petworth house and deer park which was landscaped by Capability Brown. The house and its grounds are know owned and maintained by the National Trust. The Magnificent country house contains an internationnally renowned art collection with numerous works by turner. Petworth its self was immortalised in hes painting. Also 20 minutes from the historic Castle town of Arundel, 25 minutes from Goodwood and Fontwell races. 30 minutes from Climping beech and 30 minutes to Wey and Arun Canal In the cottage there is wifi and a TV which is included in price.

Hiya, I appreciate you're thinking of taking a punt on another little short stay, but I promise you that we have tried to make 4 St Richards Cottages good whilst keeping the rental costs reasonable. This is a versatile little cottage where you can enjoy living like people did in days gone by, albeit with plenty of modern comforts. We leave tea bags and Tassimo coffee/hot chocolate pods, sugar and milk. We also ask for your preference of cereal, milk and fruit juice, at no extra cost. We allow pets to stay (with a small additional cleaning charge). Basically we do care, and we're not in this for the money (good too, as it wouldn't go far ha!)... Quiet and peaceful. There is a pleasant local community with a shop, school and functioning church (I especially like Christmas Eve Service!)...
