8 Garn Ingli is a semi detached house in a quiet cul de sac set above the popular historical harbour town of Fishguard. Renovated by the owner it is comfortably furnished throughout in a modern practical style. There is parking for 2 cars on the level drive which is part concrete and part block bricks - in front of the house. There is electric lighting to the front and rear of the property. The main door entrance is at the front of the house and has 2 concrete steps (step 1 is 200mm high and 300mm in depth. Step 2 is 200mm high and 220mm in depth) into the hallway. From the hallway are two doors; the right side door leads to the dining room and through an archway to the kitchen. The left door leads to the living room, which leads on to the kitchen.
