Welcome to our newly renovated 1 and 2 bedroom flats designed to meet all your needs. Bright, modern and luxurious throughout, the property is just 4 minute drive to Penny Lane. It's also just a 8 minute drive to Lark Lane, a vibrant street lined with bars and restaurants. Sefton Park, popular for music festivals and weddings is just 10 minutes away. Anfield is just a 12 minute drive though if you're coming for a match, best to take the bus. It takes 45 mins but enjoy the revelry with fans on the way. Liverpool One, City Centre and the Docks is a bus ride or 15 minute drive, with ample parking. Or, you can simply work or relax in comfort from the flat and make use of the super fast fibre Wi-Fi.

We love hosting guests who come from all over, both home and abroad. Everyone has individual needs and with our knowledge of this great city, we aim to please. We have been hosting for nearly 10 years and pride ourselves on our experience. We have a dedicated team, including our Housekeeper, who is on hand for any eventuality.
