Hidden away in a small village this little annexe wont fail to dissapoint. The village boasts a pub and takaway and some beautiful countryside on the doorstep. This beautiful annexe has everything you need to make a home away from home. With a double bedroom and a twin bedroom there is plenty of space. Both bedrooms benefit from having an en-suite. There is a dedicated kitchen area, lounge area and dining table. Free parking available on site. 30 mins from Silverstone, 30 mins from Warwick, 10 mins from Southam, 15 mins from Daventry, 20 mins from Banbury, 20 mins from Leamington Spa. Please note there is a a slightly unconventional layout in that you enter/exit the property through the twin bedroom. There are no bedroom doors, despite this the bedrooms still feel private. Please message if you have any questions. This property is attached to our family home so there may be odd occasions when you can hear some noise from the main house.
