Lucinda welcomes you to her modern barn conversion located in the wooded hillsides of the Cothi Valley, deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. You will have private use of a lounge on the ground floor that leads to a small double bedroom with shower-ensuite. French doors leads out onto a private patio area with outdoor furniture. You will be able to access the Wifi, Smart TV, log burner with complimentary basket of wood, tea, coffee hot chocolate. PLEASE NOTE: you will need a car to get to most destinations.

I love meeting new people and providing them with a welcoming space they can feel at home in.

Guests will need a car to get to most destinations. There is a small village shop in Talley, 2 miles away. A little bit further, about 4 miles away, is a community run post office and pub called Cwmdu Inn, serving home cooked food on saturdays. The market towns of Llandeilo, Lampeter and Llandovery are all around 20 minutes drive away where there are a variety of shops and places to eat. Talley lakes are a short 2 mile drive with a forestry walk with breathtaking views from the top. Dolaucothi Goldmines are a 15 minute drive . Llandeilo boutique market town is a 15 minute drive, with Dinefwr National park with historic Newton house and deer park.
