I manage Aire House as a small group of self-contained apartments, with the aim of providing a clean, well-equipped space that works as well for a business stay as it does for a weekend trip. Aire House is a converted property on Devonshire Street in central Keighley, offering five fully self-contained apartments. Each unit is private — no shared bathrooms, no shared kitchens, no shared sleeping areas. Studios include a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. The one-bedroom apartment on the top floor has a full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, and microwave. Every unit has a flat-screen TV, in-room washing machine, and an en-suite bathroom. Ground floor apartments are accessible without stairs from the building entrance. Upper floor apartments are reached by an internal staircase only — there is no lift. Check-in is self-service via key safe. The property is cleaned to a consistent standard between every stay.

Aire House is on Devonshire Street, a short walk from Keighley town centre and the train station. The Airedale Line runs direct to Bradford in around 20 minutes and Leeds in around 30 minutes. Skipton is also reachable by direct train. Haworth is a 10-minute drive — the village is home to the Bronte Parsonage Museum and the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, the steam line used as the filming location for The Railway Children. Trains run year-round between Keighley and Oxenhope. East Riddlesden Hall, a 17th-century manor house managed by the National Trust, is a 5-minute drive. The Yorkshire Dales are within 40 minutes by car. Bradford, with its industrial heritage attractions and diverse food scene, is 20 minutes by train. Shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the property.
