The minimum age for check-in is 30, at least one member of group requires to be this age or above. We require photographic ID upon check-in.

Early check-in is subject to availability by prior arrangement with the property and GBP 50 fee applies.

Group bookings over 5 rooms will have a group cxl policy that is flexible up to 30 days before arrival applied.

Group bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be subject to prepayment.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

A damage deposit of £300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
