We've been in the property game since 2007, with deep roots in surveying and compliance, so you can trust we know what makes a building safe, solid, and actually comfortable to stay in. We stepped into the short-term rental world in 2016 with one goal: to raise the bar. No tired decor or mystery stains here — just quality places brought up to modern standards. We currently manage eight properties — not because we’re lazy, but because we’re focused. By keeping things manageable, we can give each property (and every guest) the attention they deserve. Behind the scenes, there’s a friendly team of four covering everything from cleaning to customer care, and we’re always on hand if you need anything. Located on Breck Road in L4, you’re right in the thick of it — less than 10 minutes on foot from the legendary Anfield Stadium (you’ll probably hear the cheers on match days!). Liverpool city centre is just under 3 miles away, so whether you're heading in for the nightlife, shopping, or a bit of culture, you're never far from the action. If you fancy a bit of fresh air, Stanley Park is practically on your doorstep — perfect for a morning stroll or a breather with a coffee. Don’t miss the Isla Gladstone Conservatory while you’re there; it’s a beautiful glass Victorian building that’s a bit of a hidden gem. Around the flat, there are loads of shops, takeaways, and local cafés to keep you fed and watered, whether you're craving a full English or a late-night kebab. The area’s well-connected with decent public transport and easy access to the motorway, so getting to or from anywhere in the city (or even further afield) is a breeze. It’s a proper Liverpool neighbourhood — full of character, community, and with more history than you can shake a Scouse pie at.
