Brand new spacious studio apartment centrally located in Derby with parking Enjoy a comfortable bed with hotel quality linen in a quiet building set back off the road We want it to be a home from home so tea and coffee is provided with a little snack on arrival and all the cooking provisions you could need We think we've got you covered but if there's anything you need your hosts are always on hand to help Please note: parking spaces are on a first come first served basis

Excellent city centre location with lots of local ammeneties - there is a supermarket only a 5 minute walk away. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away or a very short drive.
