Arosfa is a cottage in New Quay, Ceredigion, consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric Range oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine fridge, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with woodburning stove, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a bunk, along with a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The property has electric central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stoves. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a rear elevated garden with furniture, as well as roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
