Loved the complete experience and staff accommodated my request for room decor which was really pleasing. I'm really grateful for making my stay memorable.

The TV in our room didn't work so the staff very kindly moved us to another room that was actually a 2 bedroom suite! The location is wonderful for a walk on the promenade or over to Constitution Hill. I would definitely pay them another visit.

Lady up front was very welcoming and helpful. I sleeped well . view of the sea from my window was amazing. Can't fault the breakfast just what I needed for a long drive home.

Room was well equipped and cozy. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Various options to choose from veg, vegan and welsh breakfast, alongside of cereal, yoghurt jam and more. Top-notch safety and smooth, well informed check-in.

The service was excellent, very friendly and welcoming family run business. The food was fantastic and excellent value for money. A little bar area with a log fire to enjoy. The room was clean and the location was just outside Aberwystwyth, exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay after exploring the area.

' Raise a glass to this place', On arriving we met the staff they were really helpful , welcomed us and made sure we had everything, ,even tho it was self check in, so time scales are easy here as they make sure the access codes are sent. A great room lovely size comfortable bed, and facilities, spotless tea ,coffee , toiletries,( toothbrush love the little paste tubes ) it is a great location in the town ,for shopping and bars ,and the sea front two minutes away., definitely stay here best in town, credit to all their hardwork

The Gwesty Richmond Hotel is just fronting the promenade with an inviting walk along the entire beach front. Ease of car parking. The room at the higher floor has a glorious view of the sea and the crashing waves on the beach down below. It comes with a comfortable bed, and a very spacious bathroom. The reception counter was very engaging, polite and helpful.

Above expectations, very clean place , nice attention to details, perfect parking and bathroom, spacious room.
