Nethermill Lodges is a small family run business. Richard and Alison Close reside on-site, with their two children. The lodge is located a short distance from the main house and is within a wooded area, to offer the guest privacy.

Arrochar View is our brand new executive lodge, positioned towards the south east of Nethermill offering the most expensive range of views yet, from all aspects of the lodge, both interior and exterior. Designed specifically to maximise these views for our guests from all angles, whilst enjoying the most spacious living environment, within complete privacy and seclusion.

Located in the peaceful village of Langbank, the lodge commands sea views towards the Firth of Clyde, Argyll Hills, and Ben Lomond. Guests can explore the countryside that surrounds the lodge, with the Clyde Coastal path and 75-cycle route close by. The vibrant city of Glasgow is also right on the doorstep. Why not enjoy a round of golf on the championship course at the nearby Gleddoch Hotel, and finish your day in style with a few drinks in the hotel’s whisky and gin bars before retiring to Arrochar View to unwind in the private hot tub, under the stars. For those seeking an active, outdoor break, the country parks and estates of Castle Semple, Finlaystone, Glennifer, and Ingliston are ideal destinations. The lodge is close to the Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park and makes a great base for touring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Parks as well as the Isle of Bute, Dunoon and the Isle of Arran.
