We have 2 accommodation offers: A) Holiday Home - self catering; OR B) Semi-detached unit - optional breakfast BREAKFAST / LOCAL PRODUCE: For overnight stays we offer a crofters breakfast basket, filled with items of your choice to create your bespoke croft breakfast. For longer stays we offer sourdough and eggs and seasonal produce to purchase for your stay. Additional charges apply and is payable upon request - a link to order is emailed following your booking. Situated on a private croft overlooking the sea to Skye and across to the Torridon Range, enjoy a relaxing start to your day, waking to ocean sounds and early morning birdsong. We offer 2 accomodation options, 2bed homely holiday van with private off-road parking AND a 2 bed unit with combined lounge, dining and kitchen area. We are a short 4 mile drive from Gairloch where you can find a selection of places to eat out and access a variety of day activities. **NOTE: the two singles in Asgard Self Catering are short singles at 175cm in length NOT full size singles.

Our family croft is recent renovated and we raise our own meat goats and herdwick sheep and chicks. During your stay if you are interested we are more than happy to introduce you to the very friendly goats and you can even join us on our morning or evening feeding routines to experience the joy of keeping animals. We do not use chemicals or artificial fertilizers on our land or animals and use a natural animal and land management approach.

Big Sand offers an ideal base from which to explore Wester Ross, participating in activities like whale/bird watching, munro walks, visiting Inverewe Gardens or excellent Arctic Convoy museum. Trips to villages like Applecross and Ullapool provide a stress-free day trips. During summer, making use of the long, northern daylight hours you can craft a long day outing to the Isle of Skye and back, enjoying a well earned lie-in the next day. Accomodation includes a PS4 + selection games, DVD's, novels and board games to keep you entertained if you choose to stay inside for the day. Free fibre Wifi is provided.
