In a quiet residential road a short walk away from local shops and near green spaces, the loft room in our detached house has an ensuite bathroom with handheld shower, and kitchenette area and has been recently carpeted and decorated. Your private entrance and stairs are a few paces through our shared hallway. Parking in our road is unregulated, and we are a 10 minute walk from Ewell West Station with a fast service to London Waterloo, Wimbledon, Victoria etc. The bus stop is at the end of our road. Please be aware we have a resident cat, Timmy, who although he is not allowed into the guest suite, may wish to welcome you at the entrance. If you have a severe allergy towards cats this may not be a suitable house for you to visit, although we are very careful to ensure there is no opportunity for Timmy to be in the guest suite we cannot guarantee it. We are semi retired and enjoy life to the full. Myriel was brought up in the family hotel so hospitality comes naturally. We both love connecting with people and love hosting here. Here in West Ewell we are a short drive away from Chessington World of Adventures, Epsom Downs, or the Thames at Hampton Court; the riverboats and shopping centre at Kingston, we are also well served for pubs and restaurants. With the A3 a 5 minute drive away, and swift access to the M25, West Ewell is very well located. It is a quiet and peaceful residential area with plenty of amenities. Epsom has a leisure centre with large swimming pool, there is a multi screen cinema in East Street. It's a great base to travel from e.g. Brighton is an easy drive or train ride away. Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park are around 20 minutes drive, as is Wisley. The GLive concert venue in Guildford is a half hour drive away. Box Hill is also around 25 minutes by car.
