The pub and dining space was amazing and i really liked the location.

I had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and quiet, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (everything for an authentic english breakfast, fruit, pastry, drinks, etc.)

Good location by the train station. And while nothing fancy, it had all I needed in a room at the back. While this was linked to the beer garden of the pub, it’s down the side so felt private enough.

The hotel was super clean, organized and very comfortable. Whatever we needed, they had. The staff was amazing from the beginning to end. Our English wasn’t that good and they made the effort to understand us and support our needs. Would definitely recommend it! The closest station is 5mim walking and the hotel is 45min from London Center.

Cosy rooms with some antique furniture items (we had a chance to stay in 2 rooms). Every room has some basic equipment that we found useful - a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, a hairdryer, an iron with ironinng table. The bar / gastro pub downstairs is lovely. Nice breakfast. Great location, calm neighbourhood with some shops and restaurants a few minutes away.

Staff are superbly friendly, professional and always a pleasure to stay here. They remember I am a repeat customer and the rooms are always spotless.

To whomever may complain about this hotel, i think those people are difficult! The Queen's head was a wonderful experience - very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, food was good and the breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked great, there is an interior court which is very nicely done and everything was clean! 10/10 and definitely recommended!

I stayed at the Coach & Horses Kew Green for 9 nights, during a work trip. I must say that this is one of the best experiences I've ever had in terms of hospitality in London! First of all, the staff working there was very welcoming and thoughtful, especially Alicjia, who is one of the most kind and beautiful souls ever met! She is a true gem, treats every single guest as a long-standing friend and she makes you feel like home! Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices (buffet with baked goods, juice, fruits, cereal, yogurt etc. as well as a nice menu of cooked breakfast options), room was extremely quiet and clean, with proper room temperature, lots of amenities, and a super comfy bed! The location is ideal if you want to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond (Kew Gardens tube station is at a walking distance). Will definitely come back one day!

Great location and staff. UBER to LHR T4 in 15 minutes with no M25! Love it and lovely area. Im from London but this is the nice part ;o)
