Baker's Dozen is a very central Victorian terraced cottage which has been modernised and furnished exceptionally well. It has everything you could possibly want from your own home and more, never mind a holiday home. Beautiful relaxing lounge with wood burning stove, two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, a double and a twin/super king bedrooms and a bathroom with both a free standing bath and a separate shower. Two lovely gardens ideal for breakfast or pre-theatre drinks, or just putting your feet up after a long day's sightseeing. The cottage is right in the centre of town, 5 minutes from the train station, 10 to the RSC Theatre and 2 minutes to many great pubs and restaurants. One well behaved dog very welcome (with prior notification). Parking permit available on a first come basis.

I love living near Stratford, it is a beautiful town with plenty of things to do, places to visit and eat/drink. I am often found down by the River Avon with my lovely Flat Coat Retriever.

Everything in Stratford is within walking distance from Baker's Dozen - the RSC, River Avon, Canal, various Shakespeare Houses, shops, pubs and restaurants. With a car, there are the beautiful Cotswold Villages to visit, Warwick, Birmigham and by train you could visit Birmingham or Oxford or further afield to London!
