The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with dressing room and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A charming seaside community with a seven-mile stretch of sand beach that has historically been known for auto racing and attempts at speed records. The tragic car "Babs," whose driver died during one of the many efforts to break the speed record, was buried in the sand for many years before being dug out, rebuilt, and frequently shown in the neighbourhood museum for everyone to see. These ideal flat sands were used by even the well-known Amy Johnson to launch one of her several records flights. These historically significant dunes are ideal for swimming, kite flying, and sunbathing all year long. Pendine is the ideal beach community since it has local pubs and restaurants that provide delicious food, a café, a grocery store, and gift shops. The Land of Speeds Museum, which was just constructed, is also located in Pendine; the land speed record was actually broken on Pendine's beach! A short boat ride out from Tenby and Caldey Island is the stately abbey, as well as castles, additional sandy beaches, secret coves, and Dylan Thomas' famed boathouse, where he wrote many of his literary works. a fantastic setting for discovering this lovely region of Wales.
