Cosy and comfortable, our Victorian home boasts an inset log burner, period features and a small private courtyard which catches the beautiful morning sunshine. We have a modern, well appointed kitchen and utility room complete with washer and drier, a roomy, relaxing bathroom with separate bath and shower, cosy second bedroom which offers a king size bed (**which can be made up for twin beds on request**), and the master bedroom features a king size bed and bay window - with sea glimpses if you look hard enough! On sunny days enjoy the airy open plan features of our home to recharge. Whether it be after a day's sightseeing along the Cornish coast path, basking on one of West Cornwall's many fine beaches, scaling St Michael's Mount or perhaps dipping your toes into Penzance's world famous art deco lido (Jubilee Pool which is only half a kilometre away). When the weather is a little greyer you might venture to Tremenherre Sculpture gardens or Tate St Ives, both short journeys away. Retreat to Bay View Terrace and snuggle up on the sofa with the log burner lit. Enjoy a film either through one of our subscription accounts on the Smart TV, or watch one of our selection of DVDs, play a board game or relax with a book. There is on-street parking, but this is on a first come first served basis. There's generally a space either on our terrace or one of the nearby residential streets. We do not accept pets.
Scott is born and bred Cornish, whilst Natalie jumped the border from Devon in 2010. We live a short distance from the property with our two young children, and will gladly help as much as we can to ensure you enjoy a wonderful stay in Penzance.
Bay View Terrace is a Victorian holiday home in the Cornish seaside town of Penzance. Set in the middle of this quiet, narrow terrace, our home is 200m from the sea and promenade, benefits from super-fast broadband and free on-street parking. Just around the corner are parks, sub-tropical gardens, a world-famous art deco lido, and a short stroll away is the town centre. Stunning beaches are only a short bus or car journey away, embraced by rugged Cornish coast paths waiting to be explored.
