Although our properties are independently owned, they are professionally managed by us throughout your stay. About the Property A bright, spacious first-floor apartment just a short walk from Broughty Ferry beach, the castle, and the town’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. Perfect for families, friends, or colleagues, it offers a comfortable base for a short break, golf weekend, or work trip. Living Space and Bedrooms The apartment has two generous bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed, and one with a double bed. The living area is light and comfortable. The bathroom has a full-size bath with overhead shower, and gas central heating keeps the apartment warm throughout your stay. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and essentials for meals. Its open layout flows into the living area, creating a practical space for dining or relaxing with a coffee. Location Just minutes from the beach, Castle Green playpark, and Broughty Castle with its views and small museum, the apartment is also near the train station. Local favourites such as The Selkie and Forgan’s, along with boutiques and cafés, are within easy walking distance. It is ideal for trips to Dundee, 10 minutes by car or six by train, Carnoustie Golf Links, 15 minutes by car, or St Andrews and the East Neuk, about 30 minutes’ drive. Broughty Ferry itself is relaxed and charming, with a nature reserve for walks and wildlife spotting. The beach is great for walks, runs, or watching boats.
