In the early 90s, our family purchased a dilapidated Methodist chapel in South East Cornwall. We fully restored original features and converted the chapel room into a living area, giving the 200-year-old home a unique and charming character. But for 25 years, we wondered why it never turned into a successful holiday rental business. We went through countless letting agencies, but only had a handful of bookings. When self-managing platforms like Booking came along, we took matters into our own hands. We quickly turned things around and found that others were interested in our fresh outlook. And so Guesthoo was born. Things have changed a lot since then. We now manage over 200 properties all over the South West, from the Cotswolds down to Cornwall. We've launched our own brand. And we've got teams to support our guests round the clock. But some things have stayed the same. We've made sure to maintain a personal touch throughout our services, whether that's being able to speak to a human when it matters or tailored suggestions for your stay.
