This charming farmhouse boasts remarkable interiors and an extensive private garden, featuring a hot tub. Spacious and surrounded by glorious countryside, Beecham Farmhouse is the perfect bolthole for relaxed countryside stays and group escapes. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. An additional fee of 150 GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking. 

Nestled within the beautiful 4000 acre Alscot Estate, Beecham Farmhouse is truly a wonderful place to be. The estate encompasses the villages of Preston On Stour, Atherstone On Stour and Alderminster. In the pretty village of Preston On Stour, there is a wonderful village shop and café. The farmhouse is conveniently located just outside the historic Stratford-upon-Avon, a thriving town with an excellent dining scene, several festivals, and the world-famous Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre (RSC). The northern reaches of the beautiful Cotswolds are just a few miles away with popular destinations including Broadway, Chipping Campden, and Chipping Norton, all within a 30-minute drive from your farmhouse retreat.
