We have an amazing view from the house, particulary the conservatory, where continental breakfast is served. We are centered in the scattered village of staffin with beautiful views all around. Good heating throughout the house.

We welcome guests to a friendly and homely B&B. We provide a good continential breakfast. Gaelic is my first language, and my husband and 2 boys are learning it. We have recently taken over the house from my parents who were running it sucessfully for a number of years. We look forward to welcoming you and being of assistance in any way. We were brought up in the area so can help you plan any trips and give you information on any things you need help with. Please note we have a British shorthair family cat named Mario, he's got a special coat so is hypoallergenic He's very friendly but is not allowed in the guest bedrooms or the conservatory. He's an indoor cat so please don't let him outside if possible.

Staffin is a small village, with 2 well stocked local shops, Staffin shop and MacKenzie Stores, which also has a fuel pump. There is also the Hungry Gull resturant open during the day for meals, and Columba 1400. The Gull is open for evening meals Wednesday throughto Saturdaybut its advisable to book. Flodigarry is open for meals and is 4 miles away. Uig is the next place for all day food and evening meals, and is approx 9 miles away over the famous Quiraing, *Booking ahead is highly advisable for evening meals * Skye Dinosaur Footprints can be fun to hunt for at An Corran beach about a mile from the village, and the dinosaur museam is in Ellishadder approx 1 miles before you enter Staffin. There is the very popular staffin sea sauna down at the small harbour which you will find online to book. Corran coffee shop and toilets are also down at the harbour. The Kilt Rock is on the right just before the museam, and a must visit is the famous Quiraing, which is a few miles drive from the village, great for spending a few hours walking and getting amazing views over Staffin.
