A very warm welcome to our unique accommodation on our smallholding. Don't let the idea of being on a farm let you think you don't have all your little luxuries as you do. Designed to help you unwind, there are no TVs. There are books, board games, a radio and WIFI and outdoor seating, fire pits and BBQ's to help you enjoy the green space around you. Self-check in, guests can come and go as they please surrounded by greenery and animals, but with excellent transport links to the M1 and EMA. All shower essentials, towels and linen are provided. Access to our outdoor kitchen available should you wish to cook for yourself. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property due to our other animals.
We love to welcome guests to our rustic little farm. If you’re not greeted by a human, you most certainly will be by one of our super friendly animals (dogs, horses, pigs, sheep, ducks and chickens). We give people the opportunity to come and untether from life, it’s important to us that although rustic and charming you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Despite the distant hum of the motorway and life continuing we like people to come and relax and enjoy our little slice of the countryside and nature.
We are a small rustic farm with plenty of greenery and friendly animals, but also excellent transport links being close to the M1 and centrally located for Loughborough, Leicester and Ashby de la Zouch.
Locally there are a number of parks and walks, Bradgate country park and Beacon Hill country park are the closest.
There are also a number of lovely pubs a short drive away, The Horse, The Copt Oak and The Priory.
