The food was absolutely delicious! And what really made our stay special was the owner, who treated us like family - so warm and understanding. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home!

United KingdomHilary is a charming host and very creative. Lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was splendid in her delightful garden room. Would definitely go again. We stayed over our son’s graduation and it was lovely to have somewhere to go back to which was so pleasant after such a wonderful day.

IndonesiaI loved everything! Pleasantly surprised from the moment arriving (which was around 9pm). The owner greeted me as if I was a long term family friend. The bedroom was large, but very very cozy. So far this has been the best room I have experienced (even better than hotels!). The external bathroom was small but more than adequate for my needs. It was also very very clean. Breakfast was superb. As a first timer in the UK, this is dangerous - I'm totally spoiled. Thank you Holywell House!!

Great hotel. Friendly staff and good service. Restaurant and bar food was of a high quality with a large choice for breakfast.
Rooms were small but had everything you need and were spotlessly clean.
Pool was a good bonus to my stay and quiet and relaxing

We were staying at Holywell house B&B, which has a park opposite and is a short stroll into the centre.
The centre has a big market several times a week, a mixture of types of shops and plenty of eating and drinking places.

We went to Loughborough for a university visit, so did not look around the town. The university campus though is great, if a little confusing trying to find different buildings, but has everything you need, coffee shop, grocery store, other food outlets and plenty of parking that is affordable, BUT don't forget to pay it, as they use ANPR and sometimes getting wifi to pay it is difficult, but they do not take this as an excuse if the payment does not go through.

I used the hotel to facilitate my visit to the Great Central Railway which offers a good heritage experience and travels through some of Leicestershire’s best countryside. Loughborough itself is a cosmopolitan and diverse town with plenty to meet all tastes.

We were attending our daughter's Graduation on the Loughborough University campus. The Burleigh Court Hotel is the best location to attend the ceremony and avoided taxi trips from the town. Unfortunately, it rained heavily (to be expected in early December), so the close proximity of the hotel to the ceremonial hall was even more appreciated. Had we more time, we would have used the hostel's leisure facilities and indoor swimming pool. The food in the hotel for breakfast, bar and restaurant is very good. The complimentary cookies in the cookie jar at reception are magnetic. The most positive offering of the hotel is the exceptional staff.

We were visiting our son at University so perfect place to stay, and easy to get into the centre of Loughborough too. The hotel is superb, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and very comfortable. We ate at the Fifty restaurant and the meal was excellent, as was the breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

The location is perfect if you’re visiting the university. It’s also very close to the town centre and on the city bus route. The facilities were sufficient and everything worked fine. It was clean too. There’s also a restaurant right opposite the house but we didn’t try it out.

Holywell House was a pleasure to stay in. Very comfortable, clean, warm (we stayed on a wet and cold December night) and the breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for the town centre and university - we were there for a graduation. Would recommend.

All the staff were very friendly. Room was small but very comfortable. Dining in the restaurant was a pleasure, excellent food. Located close to Loughborough town centre, in the most historic part.
