Brick Kiln offers two letting rooms; The Annexe and Garden Room. The Annexe has a Queen size bed and The Garden Room a King Size bed. Both have a patio and the Annexe patio is covered. There is seating and reclining chairs. The Garden Room offers the use of a secluded garden. Both apartments have access to the field behind the house where you can sit and watch the sun set. Towels, tea towels, cleaning products, bedding is provided in both rooms. Use of an iron and ironing board is also available. Whilst the apartments are connected to my house - I respect your privacy and will not disturb you other than to welcome you here. I also run a quiet Campsite for adults only. With a ban on music, it is a quiet site. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle, microwave, oven along with crockery and cutlery and table with chairs. There is complimentary tea/coffee and cereal on offer. The Garden Room has a smart tv. Both rooms are warm and cosy and offer peace and quiet from busy lives. Ideal for weekend escapes, holidays or even if travelling for work. I look forward to welcoming you here. Tina x

What I enjoy most about hosting is when I know that I and my home have made a difference to someone else by offering a peaceful retreat to escape from the busy world. I want guests to relax; to feel at home and to return to their lives feeling rejuvenated.

Campsea Ashe is very close to Woodbridge and whilst off the beaten track, has easy access to the A12. It is central also to Framlingham. Snape, Easton. Glemham, Aldeburgh and an easy drive to Walberswick and Southwold. Most guests love the fact that they can walk across the fields to the village where there is a well stocked village shop, a pub 'The Duck' - serving excellent meals - and The Station House serving teas and coffees. The station in the village is confusingly called Wickham Market - but it is in Campsea Ashe! It is easy to book a local taxi to take you out and about. Sutton Hoo is close by. Wickham Market is the nearest village with a small supermarket store open from 8am til late. There is also a local Indian and Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop. Nearest superstore is at Martlesham.
