It is old with many original and interesting features. The ground floor entrance opens to the kitchen and dining room with Table and chairs - separated by the original oak framing , there is also the utility room and access to the small back yard. The yard houses the bins for the house and a small table for sitting outside - weather permitting. The yard also has an outside toilet which whilst old can be useful for the brave when a few people are staying. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE . The property has open stairwells , uneven slate and wooden steps , is not suitable for very young / elderly or those with mobility issues , Close to bars and nightlife .

As a thriving University town Aberystwyth has more than its fair share of coffee houses and pubs (there is a great pub just over the road next to Trefechan Bridge and the Rheidol river). Rummers has live music on occasions and can be busy in Summer - Bridge View does have double glazing, but is a town house!
