The property is part of what use the be the old Britannia Inn dating back to the 1800's, it's been fully renovated to make it the beautiful property it deserves to be. An on street parking permit can be arranged daily for 1 vehicle for free.
The property is located in the centre of the beautiful historic market town of Howden just a stones throw from Howden Minster, it's surrounded by lovely flat, rural and historic walks including the 8.4km North from Howden circular, the scenic 1.9km Eastrington ponds, and the 10km Howden loop. Key trails showcase local nature reserves like Howden Marsh and heritage sites with options ranging from easy strolls to longer country style hikes. Britannia Lodge is perfect for a little family getaway with parks within a couple of minutes walking distance.
