As a young family we love where we live and spend our life outside in this amazing environment. There is always a great view and plenty of wildlife to spot if you can keep your family quiet enough! We would love to share this environment with you.

Property info

Ed, Harriet, Rory and Toby welcome you to enjoy the wonders of the Eden Valley and Low Ploughlands, nestled at the foot of the Pennines. Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the Lake District you are spoilt for choice on the great outdoors. Brockram & Keld barns are converted with a modern feel and plenty of space, ideal to relax and unwind with family and friends. We have table football, outdoor table tennis, and a fire pit. There is unlimited amount of walks for all abilities, a river for kids to paddle and search for mini beasts, fishing, Appleby Golf Course about 5 miles away.

Neighborhood info

Many of our guests enjoy just relaxing and taking in the scenery from the comfort of the barns. Some parties get in a local chef to enable them to kick back and relax even more. Others who are more adventureous, head out walking and biking we have recommended walks in our welcome pack and on our website. Children like to visit Lowther Castle with its amazing adventure playground or even closer grab a homemade ice cream at Brough Castle.
