Broome Road is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom semi - detached house located in a popular area of Carrville just a couple of miles outside of Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for the A1 and A690 and within walking distance of Durham’s park and ride. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The open plan lounge and dining area comprises of a four-seater dining table, a Freeview TV and a large sofa. Following, the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, and a clothes airer. The bathroom includes a bath and over the bath shower. One of the bedrooms is a double and one is a twin room. Each have ample storage to store your clothes whilst staying at the property. There is a large back garden for guests to use. The parking for Broome Road is off street parking. Please note a maximum of two pets are allowed to stay at this property at an additional charge per pet for the duration of your stay.
