Dog-friendly and designed for outdoor living, you can hike and bike straight onto the fells from the door and wild swim in nearby tarns. The award-winning café Chesters by the River is a short stroll away, with traditional Lakeland pubs close by. After a day out, unwind on the private decking and spot native red squirrels in the surrounding woodland. The cabin also offers a large private driveway, private EV charger, parking for up to three cars, and multiple outdoor seating and dining areas. Inside, the cabin is designed for comfort and ease, with a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), fast WiFi, Smart TV, modern electric heating, and a spacious walk-in shower. Guests also have access to the estate’s indoor pool, sauna, table tennis, and laundry facilities. The cabin is all on one level, there are 2 steps in and the driveway is gently sloped without steps. We have a local bus stop close by which runs to and from Ambleside & the Langdale Valley.

The cabin is a reflection of everything I love being outdoors, exploring the fells, and creating simple, well-designed spaces to relax in after a day outside. It’s been a hands-on renovation, and it’s really special to now share it with guests. I love helping people discover the area, from favourite walking routes to local cafés and hidden spots, so you can experience the Lakes in a more relaxed, personal way.
