ABOUT CAPELLA Welcome to peaceful rooms with your own private shower room, free parking, and village charm. Perfect for solo travellers or couples visiting Windsor, Maidenhead, Bray or Ascot. We are social bunch and enjoy guest company, but also respect a guests privacy. You can contact us by email or phone or by knocking on my door, The Peacock Room, as I am notoriously bad at finding my phone. THE SPACE We have 2 friendly dogs and 1 that visits from next door, cats and guinea pigs. We Include in this menagerie, our daughter & family who inhabit The Annexe. THE OLIVE ROOM The Olive Room, is a large, spacious, comfortable and airy loft bedroom, with a double bed and a shower room. There is also a desk to enable 'working from anywhere'. The room boasts many facilities including Roku TV, a mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities. There is ample storage. and towels are provided. There is a desk/dressing table for those who wish to work from home. THE HOME ROOM The Home Room, is a light and airy ground floor room with a double bed and private showeroom! Facilities include a mini fridge, Kettle and Virgin TV. There is a small desk for those who wish to work from home. REQUESTS If there is anything you require to make your stay more comfortable please contact us prior to booking. PARKING Free parking on site on a first come first serve basis with plenty of on road parking in the close. GUEST ACCESS Check in between 5:00-10pm. Check out by 10am. THE GARDENS We have a large garden and patio area with an outside dining area. We have a designated covered smoking area with seating.

I am 60 something years old, adore animals of any kind, dreadful cook, good artist and quite techy for an olden! Hosting has filled up my house with people again after my 6 have moved on and I'm enjoying every minute of it!

NEIGHBOURHOOD HIGHLIGHTS Holyport is ideally placed for the M4, Bray Studios, CUBE Studios, Holyport College, 3 miles from Maidenhead, 5 miles from Windsor & 7 miles from Ascot. There are some superb walks around the area. Braywick Park and Bray Lake are also close by. Holyport has 4 pubs in walking distance with good dining choices, it boasts a Cafe, Butchers by Royal Appointment, doctors surgery, Pharmacy, Holyport Tea shop & range of convenience stores. GETTING AROUND We are positioned 1 mile from junction 8/9 M4, 3 miles from Maidenhead Station, 5 miles from Windsor. A car would be required to get around, although there is a bus route to most places of interest.
