Amazing service and a wonderful experience. I arrived in London at 9 a.m., and the staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. They kindly helped me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I was also injured and had difficulty carrying my luggage, so they went out of their way to carry all my bags to the room. They even put some toys in the room for my child, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The service was excellent, and they were always very quick to respond to messages. I truly appreciate all their help and kindness. Highly recommended!

There were not many local hotels with Christmas night availability, so we weren't expecting much for a 3* place. When we arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the place. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean. The sheets were like new; very crisp and white. The bathroom was gleaming with a big walk-in shower, the towels were fluffy and very white. From the bedroom there were French doors leading to a balcony with a spectacular view of the Thames. We had a very restful sleep and a full English breakfast and buffet before departing for our onward journey. The location is great with easy motorway access, we'll definitely use them again. They deserve more than a 3* rating.

The place is very posh and cosy. Also it is peaceful and good for relaxing. All the staff are welcoming and helpful I would like to thank Mrs Fidou She made my stay easier and more welcoming I like the Spa , the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the sitting areas in the garden. I also want to thank the guy who is responsible for the house keeping he was very polite and helpful. I had 2 Yoga classes which was amazing with Mr Mark. He answered all my questions about the Yoga. I also want to thank the lady in the spa , she was kind and helpful. If I come back to England , I would defiantly stay there again.

The Staff Team are absolutely amazing. Nothing was any trouble. They made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we checked in. They gave particular attention to our little dog... Which she loved. The location is perfect for exploring Hungerford or the beautiful Download countryside. The hotel has everything you would need for a little break away. The cosy rooms are spotlessly clean and with good facilities.

Went to Windsor to specifically to visit the castle which was everything we expected. The area around the castle is very hilly so you need to be fairly active to get around. We found food and drinks in the town fairly expensive and the food offered within the castle was, in my opinion, extortionate with a sandwich around £8.00 and a cinnamon whirl £6.25

Loved the breakfast.

Loved the breakfast. We traveled 47 miles from the airport because of a “heat wave”! All accommodations for 40 miles were taken because of all the cancelled flights. Super expensive taxi ride to and from Heathrow at way over $500. Hotel was reasonably priced but front desk personnel need better training. Any other circumstance, we would have loved the stay. I wish this review could have been better.

You cannot fault Henley as a location.

You cannot fault Henley as a location. The river Thames is easily accessible from town (you walk alongside the river) and the town itself is well cared for and has that independent feel that many towns these days do not. Plenty of good places to eat and drink. The pubs all have their own character and "The Little Angel" (over the bridge - away from town) is to be recommended. Recently refurbished and good food served. Another recommendation for food is "The Flower Pot". It can be easily reached by car (outside of Henley town) but you can walk along the riverside path (it is 3 miles) to it. Shorter coming back if you come via some of the Chilterns. Stunning views this way. Henley has a train station too so easy to reach via Twyford station. Without a car, Henley is perfect for a short break as there is all you need on your doorstep re amenities and many walks from town into the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside (& the Chilterns).

Bracknell is and always has been, in my opinion, a very odd place. On paper it has all the things needed for a comfortable standard of living but it feels like it was put together on papier and not tested in real life. Outside the central redevelopment it feels like the various retail outlets are dying a bit, with the large boarded up bowling alley and cinema all boarded up and covered in graffiti. The area is a jumbled mix of large roads, rabbit warren housing estates and industrial and retail parks, That said, as long as you stay away from the multiple underpasses at night it feels relatively safe. Other than that I hate is only slightly less than Slough.

The flat was within easy walking distance for all Hungerford has to offer. There are several pubs. Down Gate was my choice of them, but the French restaurant, The Fungi Club, was my favourite eating place. The Tutti Pole sells excellent soft service ice creams, and Tescos and Morrisions are within easy walking distance of the flat The Hungerford Arcade is an incredible collection of antique and collectable shops all under the one roof and has a coffee shop in the attic. There are Public Footpaths that make walking in Nature so enjoyable. They take you over the common, along the canal, out through Freemans Marsh, to mention just a few.
