With its elevated position, Carnside Guest House offers panoramic views of Portrush and Donegal. Offering free WiFi access and free on-site parking, the iconic Giants Causeway, a world heritage site, is a 15-minute walk away to the visitor center and a further 15 minutes to the stones. Each of the rooms feature a private bathroom with a bath or a shower and a hairdryer. There is also a TV and ironing facilities available on request.. Other facilities at Carnside Guest House include a shared TV lounge & sun room and a garden with barbecue facilities. A Continental buffet breakfast is served each morning in the spacious dining room. Cooked breakfast is available at an extra charge and has to be ordered the night prior. My name is Danielle: I am the neice of the owner Alice. This year I am taking over the responsibility of the guest house. I am a lover of animals, especially horses. I also love children and meeting new people. I have worked for my aunt Alice for many years, during my summer holidays and look forward to having more responsibility in the business.

Property info

The Guest House is situated on a hill with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful farm land. The neighbouring farm is now an Open/fun farm, ideal for children to learn about the animals, and play many games.

Neighborhood info

Carnside Guest House is ideally situated for those visiting the Giants Causeway as it is only a 10 minutes walk to the visitors centre. It is easy to leave the car at the gueat house and use the bus (rambler) to visit many sites along the Causeway Coast, e.g. Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Dunluce Castle, Bushmills Distillery. Keen walkers can walk back to the guest house having gone by bus to various points on the Antrim coast. There is a coastal cliff path, off road, to walk without the presence of road traffic. Those loving beautiful landscapes will not be disappointed. We consider the Causeway Coast to be the most beautiful part of Ireland!
