We operate in Leamington Spa and Warwick, with a range of properties to suit any occasion- from a couple’s weekend getaway through to long term accommodation for large groups of contractors. We work with a large number of companies needing high quality accommodation from a few nights to months at a time.

A spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom house, ideally situated next to the Warwick Castle grounds, a short walk into Warwick town centre. This 3 bedroom semi-detached property lies right next to one of the gates to historic Warwick Castle. An ideal location for both leisure and business visitors with just a short walk into town, as well as quick, easy motorway access. Sleeping up to 5 people, Castle Gate contains 1 kingsize room, 1 double room and 1 single room. Large dining and comfortable living space with wifi and Netflix. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Off-road parking for 2 cars plus street parking in front of the property. Outside garden and patio area with tables and chairs.

Warwick is Warwickshire’s county town and is steeped in history. It is well-known for its magnificent Castle but it also has many other historic buildings, secret gardens and shops that make the town a superb place to visit. Visit the Market Square and it’s many atmospheric pubs and eateries. Warwick is well positioned to visit the best Warwickshire has to offer: Only 3 miles from Leamington Town centre Visit nearby Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home of the internationally-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company. Kenilworth, along it’s famous ruins of Kenilworth Castle, has existed since at least the time of the Domesday Book which refers to Kenilworth as Chinewrde, a small village in a clearing in the Forest of Arden. Stoneleigh Abbey and Country Park, a beautiful country stately home set in stunning Warwickshire parkland, is a wonderful day out, and special venue for weddings, events and conferences.
