Hello, I'm Harriet and run our Annex (Chalkcroft B and B). We have two bedrooms and one bathroom. Our house is located in a lovely village near Andover. There are walks, cycle rides and pubs nearby to enjoy. Please note that there are no cooking facilities and no access to the garden, no outside eating/picnic is available. There is a sitting room with two sofas and a TV to relax in. In the village there are brilliant ammenities such as a lovely village pub and village green - all in walking distance to enjoy. I hope you will choose our lovely space and look forward to welcoming you!

Helllo, I am Harriet and run the Annex here. We've lived in Andover for 20 years and simply love the area. I began having guests in the Annex for the last 5 years and its always such a pleasure. I will do all I can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so do let me know before you arrive if you have any questions or needs. I live here with my husband, we have three children who have all now left home! We also have our two dogs and a cat who are very friendly. I look forward to welcoming you! Harriet x

The neighbourhood is very pretty and only a 5min drive from Andover town which has shops, restuarants and cinema. We are also only 7min drive from the A303 either going towards London or Exeter. There are many local pubs nearby and pretty historic towns. Sailsbury and Winchester are also very close with excellent theatres, restaurants and historical sites.
