We are perfectly placed on one of Cromer’s central streets near the famous No.1 Fish & Chips, with a local fisherman’s shop next door and an independent bookshop nearby, this welcoming cottage is seconds from the sandy beach, lively promenade, and Cromer’s independent shops and cafés. Beach Hut is available to use from May to September.

This special place has been in our family for over 25 years, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we have over the years. People really love Cromer for its laid‑back seaside feel and the fact that everything is within easy walking distance. The beach is a big draw - wide, sandy and great for a morning stroll or watching the sun go down and Cromer Pier is always a favourite, whether it’s for a wander along the boards or catching one of the famous shows. The town itself has a lovely charm. There are plenty of independent shops, cafés and traditional tearooms, and no shortage of good places to eat. The local seafood is a real highlight, especially the Cromer crab, which you’ll see on menus all over town. For something cosy, there are also some great pubs for a relaxed lunch or dinner. If you’re interested in local history, the Cromer Museum and the RNLI Henry Blogg Museum are both worth a visit and give a good sense of the town’s maritime past. We also love how easy it is to get out and explore the Norfolk Coast Path which runs right through Cromer and offers beautiful cliff‑top walks with some amazing sea views. Cromer is well placed for day trips. Places like Sheringham, Blakeney and Holkham are close by, and the Norfolk Broads are an easy drive if you fancy a change of scenery. If you’re here for coastal walks, fresh air, traditional seaside fun or just a slower pace for a few days, Cromer is a really special place to stay.
