Please note that late checkout is subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Minimum 24 hours' notice required and needs to be booked in advance. An additional charge of £10 per hour applies until 14:00. Unauthorized late checkout will incur additional fees.

Amex is not accepted for the damage deposit.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of £200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
