PLEASE PROVIDE AN ARRIVAL TIME UPON BOOKING! Enjoy a private stay in a Victorian town house full of character, with exclusive use of the entire top floor, comprising a comfortable bedroom and spacious living room. 3 minutes drive from junction 11 of the M40, and ten minutes walk from Banbury Railway Station and the town centre. Breakfast of cereal, toast, jams, fruit juice, fruit, tea and coffee are provided .Your space comprises a comfortable bedroom - and spacious living room. The living room, has its own television with free view, a combination microwave oven and grill, a worktop fridge with small freezer compartment, a kettle and toaster, with a table and chairs for working and eating. My love of Gustav Klimt is shown in the artwork in both rooms. Guests are welcome to use my kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. I have a lovely mature garden with seating, again you are welcome to use it ! Smoking is allowed in the garden only :) You will be on my top floor, there are two flights of stair's to get there, they are quite steep. Can you please provide a rough time of arrival when you book. Thankyou Check in is after 17.30 unless by prior arrangement

I began hosting in 2017 with Spareroom's, my second guest stayed two and a half years ! I have loved the diversity of people I have met, some I have remained in touch with. Being so close to Silverstone, I have hosted quite a few motorsport enthusiasts. I love restoring Antique furniture, should you choose to stay with me, I'm sure you will see me working on something or other ! I am an avid reader, I own a horse, which I ride 4/5 times per week, we enjoy doing Showing and lower level Dressage. I began my love of horses at five years old - and nothing has changed ! :) One last thing - I am a Strictly Come Dancing addict !
