Susan will help with information of the local area, places to dine, taxis etc. I have a passion for horses and train and compete my dressage horse Ted . My husband and myself love the countryside and often spent time walking and exploring. The farm takes up a lot of our time , there is always something to do . We have recently opened up the Lakes to course fishing and fishermen can pay by the bank if they want to fish.

Church Hill Farm B&B is an 260 acre arable farm , with 3 lakes for course fishing (Fosse Way Fishery ) Rural location but only 3.5 miles from J12 on the M40 . Great access for visiting so many attractions in Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds . Parts of the farmhouse date back to 15th century. We have 3 ensuite bedrooms in the main farmhouse and 2 luxury suites in the courtyard with some self catering facilities, if requiring breakfast you just walk over to the farmhouse in the morning. Traditional English Breakfast served in the dining room. The Antelope Pub is only a 5 minute walk from the farmhouse . Warwick Castle and Compton Verney Art Gallery are the nearest tourist attractions and if you are working at Jaguar Land-rover or Aston Martin we are only 3 miles away, taxis can be arranged if you are firm overseas .

Neighborhood info

We live in a lovely quiet rural village , only 3.5 miles form the M40 junction 12 motorway so access is amazing for getting around. Warwick Castle , Shakespeare’s Birthplace are only a short drive . Compton Verney Art Gallery is only 3.5 miles away and has Capability Brown landscaped gardens . The British Motor Museum is also only a 10 minute drive and hosts many car rally’s all year round .
