The property is located a short walk from the town centre, but in a very quiet and peaceful location. We are also a short walk to the sea front and promenade as well as Penlee Park and Morrab Gardens. The property is a modern detached purpose built addition to our property located in a mature well kept garden. Free WiFi and off street parking is available.
Sue and Steve have lived in Penzance for many years, and can be helpful in pointing you to all the best places to eat and drink. We have done our best to give the property "sustainable" credentials. There are re-cycling bins to separate waste. There is also a 4Kw solar panel system with battery storage in place which makes a net contribution to the grid in the sunny summer months.
The area is in the best part of Penzance, in leafy tree lined streets. Not far from the swimming pool, leisure centre and local amenities. It is also centrally located for Cornish coastal walks and all the many interesting heritage sites in the County.
