Lovely Victorian mid terraced house in quiet street. The room is on first floor with separate private bathroom down the passage. Street parking or local council car park can be used if you have your own transport, info can be found via the council website. The hosts are living in the house. They are easy to contact and available for information or queries you may have. Two minutes walk from the promenade and 1 minute from Penlee gardens. Easy access to the town centre. Located in the far west of the County, Penzance is easily reached by either road or rail, with the A30 and A38 roads giving access from all parts of England. There are direct rail links with London, the Midlands and the North.

Mark and Anne have been hosts many years. They have recently started hosting in their private house and are in the process of changing this old lady in a peaceful resting place for others to enjoy.

The town of Penzance is a pretty port on the south facing shores of Mounts Bay. Along the seafront is the art deco Jubilee pool and regular ferries to the Isles of Scilly in season. The town centre offers shops, cafes, and restaurants, a variety of historic architecture. There are also various art galleries, a gin tasting venue, and easy access to the Southwest Coast path. A visit to the stunning sub-tropical gardens of Morrab and Penlee is recommended.
