Welcome to this large double room off Allerton Road, close to Penny lane please This is NOT a party house! Strict quiet time between between 9pm to 9am. Strictly no Smoking in the house. (If you want to smoke you will have to go outside out the back in the courtyard). Shared toilet - Room Only NO communal sitting area. Bed linen supplied and towels Breakfast not included. Its located just off Penny Lane / Allerton Road close to all amenities, fine restaurants / bars, shops (Tesco, ASDA, and Iceland which are just around the corner) gyms, M62 Motorway and parks. Great place to stay if you're visiting the Albert Dock, Echo Arena Convention Centre, Liverpool FC / Everton, Beatle fans, Grand National and many other places in Liverpool. When you book you will receive detailed directions and my phone number so you can contact me if there are any problems. If you are bringing your car there is free on street parking
