The Riverview apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the middle of Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants and Durham Market Place just a two minute walk away. With a view of the River Wear, this luxury apartment is truly an exceptional place to stay in North East England. The property comprises of a communal entrance hall with lift access to the second floor apartment. Private front entrance door to the apartment, entrance hallway leading to lounge, dining area and through to kitchen. The lounge is equipped with two sofas, a TV with Freeview, a Blue Ray DVD Player and a dinning area. Following, the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including; utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge - freezer. Following there are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has two twin beds with a flat screen TV and a chest of drawers to store your clothes on your stay. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite with a walk in shower. The main bathroom includes both a bath and an over bath shower. The Riverview Apartment has its own secure gated parking space. Please note only one parking space will be allocated. Please note pets are not allowed to stay at this accommodation.
