Cliff Walk Cottage is situated on the beautiful Angus coastline located between Arbroath and Auchmithie home to the famous Arbroath Smokie. The property has undergone a full restoration and benefits from all modern features including oil fired central heating, private hot tub, wood burning stove, fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and large open plan lounge. Think of it as a new house in an old stone cottage envelope. The cottage also boasts a large private garden to the rear which is completely secured with fences and gates should you wish to bring your beloved dog with you, the front of the cottage can accommodate up to 2 cars with off street parking with a further space for another 2 cars at the side of the road.

At Cliff Walk Cottage we pride ourselves in offering you the customer an immaculately presented cottage for you to enjoy. We love the local coastal walks with the stunning scenery and wildlife and want to promote them for everyone to enjoy. C-19 Policy At Cliff Walk Cottage we pride ourselves in achieving excellent reviews for cleanliness and hygiene, however C-19 is a new menace we all have to deal. Our approach is to follow the most recent advice from the Scottish Government, tourism industry and implement a revised strategy to our already high standards. This means that every guest will have the cottage deep cleaned as usual along with the hot tub being completely emptied and refreshed ready for your enjoyment. Hand sanitizer will also be available for the duration of your stay.

Cliff Walk Cottage is located near to the historic fishing village of Auchmithie where the famous Butt n Ben restaurant is located. A little further away in Arbroath you have the newly renovated marina and the historic Abbey, The immediate area around the cottage is prime agricultural fields with no neighbours.
