This includes electronically signing VIPAbodes’ Terms and Conditions, and providing a copy of a valid government issued ID along with a selfie. Check-in Policy - Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. - Guests are required to provide an estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival and to confirm their check-in time in advance. - Standard check-in hours: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM - Late check-in (6:30 PM – 10:00 PM): available upon prior agreement and may incur additional costs. - Latest check-in time: 10:00 PM - To ensure a smooth check-in: Guests are expected to arrive at the agreed time - A 30-minute grace period is provided; delays beyond this will incur extra cost per additional 30 minutes - If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you - Guests must provide a valid contact number. - A group chat will be arranged prior to arrival to coordinate access. - Keys and the entrance fob will be provided during the meet and greet. - By booking, guests agree to the check-in terms outlined above. - Failure to arrive within agreed timeframes without communication may impact the ability to check in. - Any applicable fees will be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.
